Last night saw the Photo Democracy Summer Show 2013 showcasing the works of twenty-one winning photographers from The Photo Democracy Award for Fine Art Photography. Michael Jackson was announced the winner of the grand prize, The Chris Beetles Award, receiving representation from Chris Beetles Fine Photographs and a cash prize of £2000.
The Photo Democracy Summer Show is a unique exhibition, celebrating the diverse creativity of photography’s finest contemporaries. From breathtaking landscapes to bewildering 3D photographs. The award received entries from talented photographers across the globe and was judged by some of the biggest names in the industry including our own Director, Steve Macleod.
Metro is delighted to have sponsored the awards, producing all forty nine exhibiting C type prints
as well as awarding £500 credit to the winner for use on Metro Imaging services.
