Metro is delighted to be supporting London based photographer Laurence Trolet as part of the London Photo Show, which takes place later this month featuring her work, recently featured in Dreamingless Magazine
Laurence’s photography features predominantly beauty, fashion and interior design and is heavily influenced by her passion, background and career in fashion which provides the challenges she craves from her photography.
Having studied in Paris at the Maryse Eloy College of Art
Laurence moved to London and after successful careers in both finance and high fashion embarked on a course at Kensington and Chelsea College. It was there she discovered her passion for photography and gained opportunities initially shooting interiors for designers. Her work has been published in House & Garden, World of Interior and many other magazines.
Her idea for the ‘Metallic’ editorial was to shoot six models for beauty images using three different metallics; Gold, Silver and Copper and a couple of images have been selected for the London Photo Show which Metro have produced - black and white prints
on brushed Dibond using our direct to media printer
as well as C-type metallic prints
Trolet comments "Using metallic support seemed the perfect match for the prints since most of the images came from the editorial 'Metallic' just released in Dreamingless Magazine’s September issue.” Laurence loves to be involved in all aspects of her projects and takes great pleasure in bringing together the perfect styling and creative team to realise her visions. She concludes, "I'm so blessed to be able to do the thing I love, every single day!"
