Aluminium/Dibond® Mounting

Aluminium mounting is widely popular due to the archival quality of the material.
Although considerably heavier and slightly less rigid than Dibond, Aluminium has the
advantage of a clean silver edge which many find attractive. At an additional cost panels
can be supplied with wooden batons up to 40x30 or Aluminium sub-frames. Please enquire for a quote.

Dibond® is an composite display material comprising two sheets of archival quality
thin aluminium with a thermoplastic core. It is valued for its lightweight rigidity and

Acrylic Reverse mounting

Acrylic Reverse mounting is an archival mounting solution. The print is bonded to Acrylic using a silicon gel and then backed with one of a range of substrates which include 1mm Aluminium, 2mm Dibond or a choice of 3mm Black or White Acrylic which can be polished to a mirror finish. Once the Perspex has been bonded to the front of your print the refraction of light through the Perpsex gives a high definition effect and deep saturated colour, with beautiful results that will last for many years. The completed piece is supplied with an Aluminium sub-frame, which appears to float the panel from the wall.

Acrylic reverse mounting is not available for Giclee or Fibre prints.
